How does my subscription work?

When you purchase a subscription, you will receive recurring deliveries based on the frequency you select.

Your payment method will be stored securely and automatically charged for each renewal, unless you choose to prepay.

 


How do I manage my subscription?

You can change, skip, or cancel your subscription at any time.

To manage your subscription:

  • Log into your account and navigate to Subscriptions

  • From your subscription portal, you can:

    • Update product selection

    • Adjust quantity

    • Change delivery frequency

    • Skip or gift a shipment

    • Update payment method

    • Update shipping address

    • Cancel your subscription

If you’re having trouble logging in, you may need to create an account using the same email used at checkout.

 


How will I know when my order is shipping?

We will send you an email reminder approximately 3 days before your order ships.

You can also log into your account at any time to view upcoming deliveries.

Important Subscription Terms

Subscription orders are processed automatically and cannot be modified once charged.

We recommend making any changes to your subscription before your scheduled billing date.
